At TMC2 we are focused on the safety and health of our technicians and our clients. As we navigate the current COVID-19 public health crisis, we remain committed to providing IT support services to both our residential and business communities.
We are taking the following precautions to maintain our commitment to the health of our staff and our clients:
• Any staff exhibiting symptoms of any illness will stay home.
• All staff will regularly disinfect their hands, surfaces, phones, and any computers/devices under our care.
• Our shop is open by appointment only. Device drop off and pickup will be done one customer at a time to maintain the recommended social distancing guidelines.
• We can provide remote support for software based IT issues provided the client has a stable internet connection.
