I was a former IT guy in my day. I was really disturbed that I couldn't fix my problem. I saw that TMC2 was recommended on Facebook so I gave it a try. The techs were very friendly and knowledgeable. I left it with then and 2 days later it was fixed. They explained what was wrong and how they fixed it. I also think the price was very resonable. These people are trustworthy and fast. I highly recommend.
I have used TMC2 for several years, most recently for a computer clean up, addition of backup and data transfer from an old computer that had mission critical document retention files. All aspects were done well and with a fast turnaround. A big shout out to Jake and Adam in particular. They handled the projects smoothly and kept me informed on progress. TMC2 is easy to do busines with.
I have been using Tmc2 since 2014! Their attention to detail, follow through and honesty in this technical world far surpasses any tech support I have used for my business. I want to do a shout out to Jake and Adam who recently took care of an antivirus software that I had on my computers. One I was paying for and was not actually installed.. they corrected this problem, installed the correct one and Adam went as far to call the one I was paying for but not installed to request a refund.
